Well over two decades ago, when the Govt were planning to prioritize the Cold Chain Industry in India, ALPHA started manufacturing refrigerated containers for its own Refrigerated Trucking Company, SINGH TRANSPORT CONSORTIUM. With the years of Dedicated Refrigerated Trucking since 1991, ALPHA gained a rich experience in using state-of-the-art technology in manufacturing refrigerated truck containers. This gives a huge advantage for the company over other container manufacturers in the country.

With our continued Research and Innovation ALPHA created history in the year 1996 by manufacturing India’s First Refrigerated Container Built on a 40ft Trailer.

During our product developmental phase, we received valuable inputs from the Japanese company ‘HINO & TOYOTO’ during their visit to our company in the year 2012. Since then the Japanese technology acted as a Strong Arm in our quality process.

Finally with the use of high end technology, our highly evolved refrigerated containers started receiving appreciation for the quality of the products and rated favourably over other container manufacturers in India.

ALPHA Eco-friendly manufacturing facility is strategically located on the N.H. 2 Mathura Road at Palwal and the factory is spread over 300,000 sq. ft.
The facilities and equipments are relatively new and our staffed craftsmen have extensive experience in wielding, fabrication, painting and electrical fields. Our end to end component design is highly automated using modern CNC machine tools. Our innovative designs are tailored to provide the users with a wide choice of configurations yielding incomparable means of handling a patient with an environment that has robustness, effective ergonomics and reliability while handling diverse medical emergency situations. All these manufacturing assets are freely available to our trained workmen who ensure ALPHA has a perfect manufacturing capacity in terms of quality as well as quantity.
